Important Notice: Changes to the SEAI Grant structure
Changes to the SEAI Grant structure. Order by June 30th to save €1,500.
The SEAI grant structure changes for electric vehicles on July 1st 2023. Up to that date, a maximum grant of €5,000 is available for qualifying electric vehicles under €60,000 when purchased by a private customer. However, from 01/07/2023 the maximum SEAI grant amount will reduce to €3,500. Private customers that have had their SEAI grant application approved before this date will have up to four months to take delivery of their new car. In summary, if you wish to avail of the full €5,000 SEAI grant we advise that you contact your local Kia dealer as soon as possible to ensure that your grant application can be processed with subsequent approval before July 1st. All applications made after this date will be subject to a maximum €3,500 grant amount.
